Happy 4th of July from The Thread Talks! This is an exciting year because of the three Fs…

Festivities have begun and parties have commenced.

Fireworks are back!

Fashion is ready to be shown off at those parties.

This is also a special month at The Thread Talks as we are showing off a special house to our Collective real estate team family. Our wonderful Deborah Harper has joined us for this month and is selling her gorgeous home in the Anthem area of Phoenix. The home has some of the best views in the area…perfect for our fireworks festivities.

So…what do you think of when it comes to the 4th of July? Of course, our nation’s history and fireworks. But the colors red, white and blue are the vision that comes to mind. Plus…it is always fun to show up at a party embracing the patriotic nature of the holiday.

We start the festivities in the backyard of this house, where there is a firepit perfectly situated to watch the fireworks, light some sparklers, and maybe even enjoy some smores after dinner…or even before if you have a sweet tooth like me!

Just like the interior of a house, a backyard needs to be deigned as well. Think about the things you like to do and enjoy incorporating into the plan. For the Harpers, they enjoy barbeque, sports and entertaining. This backyard has it all! From the pergola to watch sports with friends, to the BBQ area for some grilling, to the putting green for practicing those shots…it has it all!

The key to enjoying a great party is to be comfortable. Comfort to one may be different to another. As for me…I cannot do the 5” heels on grass (or any ground for that matter), but some fashionistas can pull it off. I say, do whatever makes you feel good and is appropriate for the occasion. Deborah is dressed to enjoy the day in this relaxing outfit. It is perfect for those smores by the fire.
